Blue-green algae early-warning — in validation
Toxic blue-green algae is a genuine public-health hazard — dangerous to dogs and people, and a common cause of lake closures and warning signs. We're field-validating a continuous early-warning capability so a bloom can be caught as it develops, before the water turns and closures are needed. It isn't a finished product yet, and we won't pretend otherwise — but if this is a priority for your authority, register your interest and we'll keep you updated.

What can you monitor on our park lakes and ponds today?
Dissolved oxygen, oxygen saturation and water temperature as standard, with pH and conductivity/TDS available as add-ons — continuous, 24/7, from one dashboard. That covers the water health behind fish stocks, aeration and general condition of public water bodies.
Do you monitor blue-green algae?
A continuous blue-green algae early-warning capability ("BloomGuard") is in field validation and on our roadmap — we don't yet sell it as a finished product. Given how important toxic-algae warning is for public water, we're happy to keep interested authorities updated as it becomes available.
Does it replace sending staff out with a handheld?
It reduces those trips substantially. Instead of periodic manual spot-checks, you get continuous readings and alerts to your team the moment a water trends toward trouble — so staff visit when there's a reason to, not on a fixed rota.
Do the sites need power or internet?
No. Each station is solar powered and reads the water around the clock. Only the gateway needs a connection — Ethernet, Wi-Fi or a 4G/LTE mobile signal — and it can run on solar too for remote or off-grid sites.
